Commissioning me binds you to the following contract:
I, the artist, have the right to deny a commission.
I, the artist, do not permit refunds.
I, the artist, must be credited.
You, the commissioner, do not have the rights to commercial use of my artwork.
You, the commissioner, do not have the rights to create an NFT with my artwork.I, the artist, must receive $20 USD or half the payment, whichever is the most equal price, before I begin the artwork.
You, the commissioner, cannot cancel a linework-only commission.
You, the commissioner, cannot cancel a commission after I have confirmed the sketch and design details of a colored or rendered commission.
You, the commissioner, can cancel a character design commission, with a result that l, the artist, own the concept in entirety. You, the commissioner, revoke all rights to use the concept or design if you cancel this commission, and you do not hold the rights to use any art I produce and display of this concept. It is only yours if you follow through the entire commission and pay in full the resulting price.
